Senior AC Technician – Experience: 10+ Years Job Summary: Experienced AC Technician with 10+ years of expertise in installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of commercial and industrial air-conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, repair, and maintain cassette, ductable, VRF/VRV, and package AC systems.

- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues.
- Perform refrigerant charging, gas leak detection, vacuuming, and pressure testing.
- Troubleshoot and replace compressors, PCBs, fan motors, capacitors, thermostats, and other components.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
- Perform AC commissioning and performance testing.
- Maintain service records and prepare maintenance reports.




- Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
- Guide junior technicians and supervise technical work at sites.
- Communicate with customers regarding technical issues and service requirements.
