We are seeking a passionate and skilled Abacus Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching abacus techniques, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping students improve their mathematical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging abacus training sessions for students of various age groups.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Create a positive and motivating learning workplace.
- Organize workshops and events to promote abacus learning.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and abacus techniques.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to discuss student progress and development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Abacus Trainer or in a similar teaching role.
- Strong understanding of abacus methods and mental calculation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
- Certification in abacus training is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with children or youth education.
- Knowledge of educational technology and online teaching tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
