We are looking for a talented and innovative 3D Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling, rendering, and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for bringing concepts to life through visually stunning 3D designs for exhibitions, events and digital platforms. Collaboration with the creative and production teams is key to ensuring that all projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for events, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and present conceptual designs, mood boards, and storyboards to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and align with project requirements.
- Translate 2D sketches and concepts into fully realized 3D environments and structures.
- Use creative problem-solving to address design challenges and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D design and animation.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in 3D design, preferably in events, exhibitions, or creative agencies.
- Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
- Robust skills in rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or KeyShot.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and spatial design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D projects and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into creative and practical designs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of architectural layouts and event production requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
