Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review test fits, space planning, and layout drawings as per client requirements.

- Manage and review GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawings and ensure design intent is met on site.

- Coordinate effectively with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams for smooth design execution.

- Handle client management, presentations, and design approvals.

- Stay updated with materials, finishes, and current market trends to ensure innovative and cost-effective design solutions.

- Ensure brand consistency and design quality across all projects.

- Support project documentation, BOQ validation, and design reviews.

Skills & Tools:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, MS Office, and PowerPoint.

- Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and fit-out processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Architecture / Interior Design.

- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in corporate interior design or co-working spaces.

- Experience in handling large-scale office projects will be preferred.
