Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Technical:

Good understanding of Control-M Architecture. Experience in Control-M Administration v9.20, v9.21. Experience in Control-M for MFT, AWS, Application Integration. Experience in Control-M Automation API. Valuable-to-Have Positive understanding of ITIL processes. Ability to work with team at Onshore and Offshore Communication skills. Knowledge in Control-M Helix. Knowledge in AWS





SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Hands on experience in Planning/Monitoring the jobs 2 In depth knowledge in creating recent jobs in Control-M. 3 Knowledge to Schedule MFT, AWS Step Functions. 4 Defining, monitoring and scheduling jobs based on client requirements. 5 Troubleshoot the Job issues. 6 Experience in creation of connection profiles. 7 Knowledge in setting up variables. 8 Knowledge in CLI or REST API to build, run, and test jobs against an existing Control-M instance. 9 Knowledge in creation of workload policies. 10 Provide on call support on weekends. 11 Reporting and Documentation (Custom reports).
