Job Profile:
Develop short-term and long-term capacity plans based on forecasted demand and business requirements.
Monitor and analyze inflow, outflow, and workload volumes to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
Track headcount against approved targets and identify staffing surpluses or shortages. Perform capacity gap analysis and recommend hiring, redeployment, scheduling, or productivity improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Recruitment teams to align workforce plans with business needs.

Position Specific Skills

Designation: Senior Manager - Workforce Management
Robust understanding of Workforce Management (WFM), capacity planning, and forecasting principles in the Revenue Cycle Management space
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis.

Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis. Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools for dashboard development.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced, data-driven environment.
