As a Senior Quality Controller, you will gain hands-on experience in food safety, quality assurance practices, and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with the QC team to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily quality checks during various stages of production and packaging.
Support sample collection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Maintain records of test results, inspections, and deviations.
Assist in presenting products to customers as well as dealing customers.
Work with the QC team on documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO).
Positive communication and documentation abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced workplace.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
