About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager – Partnerships to manage and grow E&ICT; Academy's existing partner ecosystem and build current strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing partners and act as the primary point of contact.
Coordinate with partners across sales, marketing, academics, operations and finance.
Track partner performance, revenue, enrolments and business objectives.
Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships and launch new programs.
Lead onboarding of new partners and ensure smooth execution.
Conduct regular partner reviews and resolve issues effectively.




Identify and develop new strategic partnership opportunities.
Maintain partner reports, dashboards and performance updates.

Requirements
15–20 years of experience in partnerships, relationship management, business development or EdTech/education.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Experience managing B2B/B2B2C partnerships.
Solid communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple partners and projects independently.
