We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Program & Project Management with strong expertise in Agile delivery, project governance, and project planning. The role focuses on ensuring effective delivery governance, defining and tracking KPIs, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and using AI-enabled tools to improve delivery performance.
The role requires a solid understanding of Agile delivery practices and project management, with a focus on maintaining effective governance throughout project execution. The candidate will support delivery teams by establishing appropriate planning and performance-tracking practices.
The position also involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, monitoring key performance indicators, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery effectiveness and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain project governance and delivery processes.
Develop and manage project plans to support effective execution.
Define, track, and report relevant KPIs for delivery performance.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Agile ways of working.
Apply Agile Value-Driven Delivery principles across projects.
Monitor project progress and support effective delivery governance.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve delivery performance.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have 7–11 years of experience in program and project management, with robust expertise in Agile delivery and project governance. A Certified Scrum Master or Agile practitioner with experience in KPI tracking, Agile ceremonies, and delivery performance improvement would be well suited for this role.
