Role Overview

Experienced ServiceNow CMDB + AIOps Developer role focused on building and enhancing AI-driven automation within ServiceNow. The position involves developing ITSM and ITOM solutions, improving CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management, and implementing GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities to boost operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI Agents, Agentic AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
Implement AI-driven automation, predictive insights, intelligent incident routing, and self-service solutions.
Configure and customize CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and other ITOM capabilities.
Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript,



Glide Scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and workflows.
Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, operations, architects, and engineering teams on solution design and implementation.
Identify prospects to use AI/ML and GenAI to improve service operations and incident management.
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, security, governance, performance, scalability, and best practices.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
