Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage and grow direct client accounts in the US IT & Non - IT staffing market.
Act as a single point of contact for clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
Handle MSP / VMS portals efficiently.
Negotiate bill rates, margins, contracts, and client terms.
Understand client requirements and workforce planning needs.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for US IT, Non- IT positions (Full time).
Strong hands-on experience with W2 hiring (mandatory).
Ensure timely and quality submissions, interviews, and closures.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Recruiters/ Senior Recruiters
Monitor KPIs such as submission ratio, interview ratio, and closures.
Assign daily requirements and track individual and team performance.
Conduct regular training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Motivate the team to achieve targets and maintain high productivity

Job Requirements :
Robust knowledge of W2 hiring and direct client handling.
Hands-on experience working with MSP / VMS models.
Proven team handling and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and client-management skills.
Robust understanding of US IT technologies and roles.
