Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

ServiceNow Developer with solid hands-on experience in

ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI

. The candidate should have good expertise in ServiceNow development, ITSM, workflows, integrations, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
Develop

Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Catalog Items, and Flow Designer solutions

.
Implement and support

ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI capabilities

.
Configure AI features such as incident summarization, case summarization, knowledge generation, and Virtual Agent responses

.
Work with

Prompt Studio, AI Search, and AI-powered workflows

.
Develop integrations using

REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs

.
Support ServiceNow modules such as

ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent

.
Perform troubleshooting,



testing, code reviews, upgrades, and release activities.
Follow ServiceNow development standards, security, and governance best practices.

Required Skills
6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
Solid experience in

ServiceNow platform development
Hands-on experience with

ServiceNow Now Assist / Generative AI
Solid knowledge of

ITSM and Flow Designer
Experience with

JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with

Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies
Experience with

IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of

CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent
Experience with

Prompt Studio and AI Search
Knowledge of

SSO, OAuth, and SAML
Good communication and problem-solving skills
