Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.
Allocate work to workers and monitor their performance.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and other site personnel.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Ensure proper use and availability of tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and work-progress records.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company policies.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and proper organization at the work site.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are stored properly.
Report delays, damages, safety issues, or other problems to management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
