Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety requlations, quality standards, and project specifications. Oversee the entire life cycle of construction projects spread across the city
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or obstacles, and take necessary corrective actions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Experience working on BOQs and Billing: Quantity take-off related to structure, earthwork etc., as per the designs/ drawings and site measurements.
Working on upgradation costs based on the current market value of materials and or changes, from the client/ architect in coordination with the execution team
Coordination with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project timelines
Prepare and present project status reports to the top management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, delays, risks, and prospects

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
