Tada Construction Group is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer – Road Construction to join our growing team in Surat.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day road construction activities at site
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, workers, and project teams
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor GSB, WMM, sub-base, CC roads
Check measurements, materials, levels, and site progress
Maintain daily site reports and project documentation
Ensure proper safety practices and site discipline
Coordinate with senior engineers and management for smooth project execution
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience in road construction will be an advantage
Positive knowledge of site execution and measurements
Robust communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations when required
