Key Deliverables:
Manage operations, stability, and incident resolution for Public/Private Cloud and hosted web applications.
Support technical aspects of deployments, upgrades, and customizations across platforms.
Conduct performance validation, monitoring, and regression testing of deployed solutions.
Provide L2/L3 support for solution-related incidents and OEM integrations.
Role Responsibilities:
Administer Linux/Windows settings, web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat), and relational databases.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS), containers (Kubernetes), and scripting (Python, Shell, etc.).
Oversee solution change management including patching and upgrades.
Implement continuous improvement across deployment processes and setting stability.
