Duties and Responsibilities
ACCOUNTABILITIES
(Accountabilities associated with the job)

? Handing Payment and collection product like AEPS, NACH, IMPS, CTS and Mandate management system.
? Good Knowledge on Online payment transactions.
? Expertise in writing and implementing system testing and maintaining baseline documents.
? Coordinate with Technology, business, account and compliance team to resolve the issues raised by merchant and customers.
? Solve technical queries, Online support.
? Managing the transaction, data analysis documentation & reporting
? Work with Collection and Business team to understand the challenges with various bank / partners and work accordingly.
? Daily monitoring the IMPS / NEFT / RTGS performance
? Daily publishing the Payment and Collection dashboard to respective stakeholders
? Positive knowledge of Retail Banking.
