nRole Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Lead to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of cloud-native MDM solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC). This role requires robust technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders in a consulting setting.
nThe candidate will play a key role in solution architecture, delivery governance, team mentoring, and client success across MDM transformation programs.

nMDM Solution Design & Delivery

Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS on the IDMC platformn
Design scalable MDM architectures including:n
Party, Customer, Product, Supplier, or Reference Data domainsn
Match & Merge strategiesn
Hierarchies, relationships, survivorship, and data stewardshipn
Configure and optimize:n
Business entities and data modelsn
Match rules, cleanse rules, and survivorship rulesn
Inbound/outbound integrationsn

nCloud & Integration

Work closely with Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) teamsn
Design integrations with source systems (ERP, CRM, legacy systems) and downstream consumersn
Ensure secure, performant, and reliable data pipelines on IDMCn

nTechnical Leadership

Act as technical lead across projects, guiding junior developers and leadsn
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and best practice validationsn
