nJob Requirements:

nThe associate must have following skills and experiences:
n
n
Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAP-HRn
nwith minimum one SAP implementation and one
nS/4HANA migration projects.
n
n
Should have knowledge in preparing:n
na) AS-IS documentation
nb) Blueprint documents
nc) Test cases and results
nd) User manuals
n
n
Should have configuration knowledge in SAP HCM modules.n
Ability to guide developers for customization.n
Implementation knowledge in SAP HCM on HANA(H4S4) and in SAP payroll.n
Knowledge of Fiori elements and touchpoints with HCM module.n
Basic debugging knowledge in standard/custom SAP ABAP programs.n
Robust communication skills to lead customer discussions.n
