Minimum Qualification

B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Develop, test, and maintain software applications and modules based on business requirements.
Write clean, effective, scalable, and maintainable code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
Analyze requirements, identify technical solutions, and participate in application design and development.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues, errors, and performance problems.
Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party applications as required.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure software quality.
Maintain technical documentation, source code, and development standards.
Collaborate with IT, business,



and other functional teams for successful project delivery.
Monitor application performance and implement enhancements, updates, and security improvements.
Stay updated with current technologies, development tools, and industry best practices.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of programming concepts, OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or PHP.
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and web technologies.
Familiarity with Git/version control and software development methodologies.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
