nWe are hiring for a confidential senior leadership position with a leading Financial Services organisation in India.
nThe organisation is looking to appoint a Head – Analytics to lead its Analytics function and drive the next phase of data-led business transformation.
nThis is a high-impact leadership role with significant interaction with senior business and functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling analytics capabilities while translating data into actionable business outcomes.
nKey Responsibilities

Define and execute the organisation's Analytics / Data & Analytics strategy n
Lead and scale a high-performing Analytics, Data Science and Business Analytics functionn
Partner with senior leadership across Business, Product, Risk, Credit, Marketing and Operationsn
Drive the use of Advanced Analytics, Predictive Analytics and Data Science across business decisionsn
Develop analytics-led solutions to improve customer acquisition,



engagement, retention, cross-sell and portfolio performancen
Drive Credit Analytics, Risk Analytics, Customer Analytics and Portfolio Analytics initiatives, as relevant to the businessn
Build robust analytical frameworks, models, dashboards and decision-support toolsn
Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to improve business performance and operational efficiencyn
Establish best practices around analytics governance, data quality, modelling and insight generationn
Build, mentor and retain a solid analytics leadership and talent pipelinen
Act as a strategic thought partner to the leadership team on data-driven decision making n

15+ years of overall experience in Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science or related functionsn
Robust experience within an Indian Financial Services organisation n
