nBrainware University is expanding its AI Research & Development Cell and is looking for talented individuals who can analyze data deeply, identify meaningful patterns, generate actionable insights and support better institutional decisions. This is not a routine Reporting role. It is an opportunity to work on high-impact assignments connected to Admissions, Academics, Finance, Placements, Pre-Placements and Institutional strategy while contributing to a fast-moving data-driven decision-support setting.

nWhat the role involves:

Analysing Institutional data from areas such as Admissions, Academics, Finance, Placements, Pre-Placements and Strategyn
Identifying trends, issues, gaps and opportunities for improvementn
Preparing Analytical Summaries, Dashboards, Reports and Decision-supporting notesn
Using AI tools to improve the speed,



depth and quality of Data analysis and Interpretationn
Working with relevant teams to convert data into practical recommendations and measurable Action pointsn

nDesired profile:
n

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilityn
Ability to interpret data clearly and convert it into insights and decisionsn
Familiarity with Excel is essential; exposure to Power BI/Tableau, Python, SQL, Statistics or other Analytical tools would be an advantagen
Familiarity with AI tools for Data analysis, Interpretation, Reporting or Workflow improvement would be preferredn
Candidates from Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related backgrounds may applyn
UG is essential; PG is desirablen

nFreshers with exceptional analytical ability and solid practical exposure may also be considered
