Job Requirements

7 to 11 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX implementation, enhancement, or support projects.

Solid understanding of:
Contract Management
Lease-In / Lease-Out Processes
Occupancy Cost Management
Rent Calculations
Property & Asset Management
Experience in configuring:
Business Entities
Buildings
Rental Objects
Lease Contracts
Service Charge Settlements

Robust knowledge of IFRS16/ASC842 lease accounting processes.

Experience integrating SAP RE-FX with:
SAP FI/CO
Asset Accounting
MM
Project Systems (PS)

Ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities




Gather and analyze business requirements related to real estate and lease management.
Configure SAP RE-FX solutions as per business requirements.
Perform lease contract setup, rent calculations, and accounting configuration.
Integrate RE-FX processes with Finance and other SAP modules.
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices.
Prepare functional specifications and support technical development teams.
Execute SIT, UAT, and support data migration activities.
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
