Job Summary

Our Electrical Connections Engineering team has the need for a senior project manager to lead multi-functional teams delivering NPI projects.

Responsibilities
Develops guidelines showing expertise within project teams.
Lead multiple projects focusing on driving timely delivery and addressing blocking issues as needed. Builds out complex project schedules with ease.
Demonstrating communication skills running multiple projects - impacting collaborators across the business. Can handle team conflicts.
Taking action while there is still ambiguity, making decisions in a timely manner and driving for results. Prioritize and plan team resources to meet project commitments
Has solid abilities for influencing multi-functional teams. Breaks down silos. Brings all teams together effectively.
Understand metrics for financial discussions at a project level (NPV, IRR, CER, etc)

You Have

Required
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
Total 10 + years of experience and out of 8 years of experience in project management




Deep knowledge of hybrid project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall principles
Proficiency in Jira project management software and tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Influences system architecture, defines technical strategies
Solid technical curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
Frequently recommends changes to meet customer needs
Analyze technical documents and regulations
Works on diverse and ambiguous problems, requiring deeper analysis

Preferred
Experience in leading current product development projects.
Project Management Qualified (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
