Job Title: IT Support Specialist
nWe are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for end users and office IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and supporting day-to-day technical operations.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issuesn
Install, replace, and manage IT equipmentn
Support office network systems, including Wi-Fi, routers, and switchesn
Maintain and track IT assets and inventoryn
Assist with office setups, relocations, and IT projectsn
Coordinate with remote teams and vendors when requiredn

nRequirements:

Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, or Linux systemsn
