Minimum Qualification

B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc./MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, desktops, laptops, and IT infrastructure.
Monitor network, servers, systems, and applications to ensure availability and performance.
Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, hardware, and IT devices.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, Active Directory, email, and security policies.
Perform system backups, recovery, patch management, antivirus, and security monitoring.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues within defined timelines.
Maintain IT assets, system documentation, configurations, and inventory records.
Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and connectivity.




Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, and technical support.
Implement and maintain IT security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and organizational procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to employees and internal teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and networking.
Experience with backup solutions, antivirus, patch management, and system security.
Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms, and server monitoring tools.
Valuable analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
