Role: System Administrator

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 4–6 Years

Work Taming 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure Manage Microsoft 365 (users, access, security policies) Handle AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, monitoring) Maintain server setting (Windows/Linux)

Security & Compliance Configure and manage Sonic Wall firewall & VPN Monitor logs (M365, AWS, servers) and respond to incidents Manage endpoint security (Trend Micro or similar) Implement MFA, access control, and user lifecycle Perform backup, patching, and disaster recovery Support ISO 27001 compliance, audits, and documentation

Identity & Access Management Manage user lifecycle (Joiner-Move-Leave process) Enforce Role-Based Access Control





Communication Systems Manage Vo IP systems, Pivo, and Twilio Troubleshoot call flow and telephony-related issues

Must-Have Skills

Required Skills Microsoft 365 Administration AWS fundamentals (EC2, IAM) Networking (Firewall, VPN, NAT) Security tools & incident handling Basic scripting (Power Shell/Bash)

Preferred ISO 27001 exposure. Experience with SIEM/log monitoring tools. Experience with Manage Engine Service Desk Plus. Vo IP / Twilio knowledge. Relevant certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Security).
