Your Role: Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and implementing initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Develop talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate onboarding activities and support the integration of recent hires.
Monitor probation periods and support employee retention initiatives.
Analyze recruitment and retention KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Conduct exit interviews and identify improvement opportunities.
Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement programs.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Psychology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, HR systems, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to analyze HR data and generate reports.
Fluency in French and English.
