Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Preferred Education: MBA (HR), MSW, MHRM, or PGDM in HR

Required Experience: 4+ Years

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to candidate joining, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment databases, trackers, MIS reports and monitor metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness and offer-to-join ratios.
Partner with hiring managers and functional stakeholders to understand manpower needs, job specifications and recruitment priorities.
Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs while ensuring compliance with company policies. Must-Have Skills/Technologies
