Key Deliverables:
Provide first-level support and incident resolution for IT infrastructure across global regions.
Perform scheduled technical tasks and system maintenance from a centralized command center.
Escalate and track critical incidents within defined SLAs/OLAs.
Maintain accurate documentation for incidents and requests as per operational guidelines.
Role Responsibilities:
Monitor and administer Linux/Unix settings, Active Batch, and basic cloud platforms (AWS).
Support PAAS/IAAS/SAAS operations and assist with SQL/Oracle database issues.
Execute scripts and support networking fundamentals in a 24x7 rotational workplace.
Apply best practices in system operations, incident escalation, and process adherence.
