Robust Leadership and Interpersonal Skills Ability to drive governance and controls, collaborate with cross functional teams across enterprise. Good Understanding of Monitoring Tools & alerts Monitoring Process and Management (Example: SolarWinds, Datadog, etc.) Valuable understanding of IT infrastructure and application setting and significance of the technology stack. Positive understanding and hands on experience in Certificate management (Internal & External) and renewal process Good analytical skills to understand data patterns, trends and create a plan for continuous improvement Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills Hands-on Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow, Experience in creating Reports, dashboards
