Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer(Ruby on Rails) with 5+ years of experience. The candidate should have experience in building scalable, user-focused features and maintaining high-performance platforms. They must also be proficient with Sidekiq, RSpec, Jest, Git, Docker, and contemporary CI/CD tools. They should bring strong problem-solving skills, write clean, reliable code, and thrive in team-oriented, fast-paced environments.

Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.n
Design, build, and maintain effective, reusable, and reliable code across the full stackn
Manage framework upgrades, dependencies, and overall application healthn
Work effectively with data storage systems such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and Amazon S3n
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issuesn
Help maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automationn
Write unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure code reliabilityn




Ensure delivered features meet business requirements and technical specificationsn
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremoniesn
Communicate effectively within a distributed team using tools such as Slack, Zoom, and JIRA.n

Experience with Ruby on Rails and idiomatic Ruby developmentn
Basic understanding of React and TypeScriptn
Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQLn
Experience with background job processing tools like Sidekiqn
Familiarity with tools such as Bundler, Yarn, Rake, and Webpackn
Understanding of object-oriented programming and RESTful APIsn
Experience with testing frameworks: RSpec (backend) and Jest (frontend)n
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetesn
