Business Analyst –
7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
Engineering degree with MBA will be an added advantage
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Visio, Excel and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction,

modelling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
Hands-on experience of advanced data visualization and presentation
Solid technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
Solid presentation skills

Experience obtaining requirements from business users and subject matter experts, reviewing business priorities, and/or analyzing options & risks.




Ability to write and create detailed business and functional requirements
Ability to lead a team of BA's to deliver functional solutions for business problems
Experience creating functional system requirements specifications
Pro-actively lead/participate in design/solution architecting of target state
Ability to interface directly with Senior Business Stakeholders and operation users.
Well versed with MS Excel, Jira, Mind Maps and SQL.
Should be Detail-oriented, robust analytical and communication skills are a must.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, and a curiosity to ask appropriate questions to fully develop business and functional requirements.
Knowledge of software development life cycle
Agile experience
Understating of programing languages like Java, Python will be added advantage.
