We are looking for a Technical Lead to run delivery end to end on products we build for clients in Switzerland, the UK and the US — the architecture, the team and the client relationship.
What you'll own
Delivery. Scope, estimates, sequencing and the commitment date. When it slips, you know first and the client hears it from you.
Your team. Their code reviews, their growth, their standards — and the honest conversation when someone isn't meeting the bar.
The client relationship. Requirements, status, escalations. You are the person they call.
Technical quality. Design reviews, architecture decisions within your project, and the discipline that keeps a codebase workable at month twelve.
What we're looking for
Must have:
6–9 years building web applications,
with deep strength in at least one of: React / Next.js with Node, or Python backend
You have led engineers — 4 or more, directly, with responsibility for their delivery and not just their code
Direct client experience. You have run requirement calls, status updates and difficult conversations yourself
Delivery ownership. You have carried a date and been accountable for it
Able to work onsite in Coimbatore
Strongly preferred:
Cloud — AWS or Azure, deployed and running in production
AI / LLM features shipped into a production application — agentic workflows, RAG, tool calling
Genuinely full-stack: comfortable on both sides
Valuable to have:
React Native
Salesforce
Experience working onsite at a client location, in India or abroad
