Business Centre Manager for Sales ( Mandatory Business center Experience)

nSpacion Business Centre is a premium workspace provider with over 15 years of presence in HITEC City. We offer private offices, coworking spaces, virtual offices, and meeting rooms. We are looking for a driven and client-focused Sales Executive to join our team.

nKey Responsibilities
n• Generate leads and drive occupancy across all workspace offerings
n• Handle client inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and conduct office tours
n• Negotiate lease terms and close deals efficiently
n• Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and referrals
n• Manage sales pipeline and meet targets consistently

nRequirements
n• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (preferably in coworking, business centre)
n• Solid negotiation and closing skills
n• Excellent communication in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus)
n• Skilled, presentable, and client-oriented
n• Familiarity with MS Office and digital platforms like LinkedIn/WhatsApp Business
