nEndpoint Security Engineer plays a critical role in the delivery and support of advanced endpoint security services for our clients.

nPrimary Objectives

Provide expert-level support and incident response for security platformsn
Lead complex troubleshooting and configuration tasksn
Collaborate with clients to tailor security policies to their needsn
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base developmentn

nMain Duties / Key Accountability

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security toon
Handle L3 escalations from Clientn
Configure and optimize email filtering, DLP, encryption, and threat protection policiesn
Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reportsn




Collaborate with client IT and security teams to implement best practicesn
Assist in onboarding recent clients and integrating endpoint security solutionsn
Monitor platform health and performance, ensuring SLAs are metn
Support endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Palo Alto XDR, Trellix, etc) as neededn
Participate in change management and security governance processesn
Provide mentorship and training to junior team membern
Accept, manage and update service requests to ensure contracted Service Level Agreements are metn
