Job Purpose:

To manage and execute Global Visa operations by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely visa processing while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and business growth.

Key Tasks/Activities/Roles:
Handle end-to-end global visa processing, including application review, documentation verification, submission, tracking, and issuance.
Ensure compliance with embassy, consulate, and immigration requirements while maintaining high levels of accuracy, service quality, and turnaround time.
Manage complex visa cases, customer escalations, and provide expert guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and processing procedures across multiple destinations.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, travel partners, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless visa operations and service delivery.
Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, implementation of best practices, and effective utilization of visa systems, portals, and related tools.
Support the achievement of business, service, and revenue objectives.

Functional Skills




Robust knowledge of global visa processing procedures and immigration requirements.
Hands-on experience with visa portals, embassy systems, and online application platforms.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools, and MIS preparation.

Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in visa operations within the travel and tourism industry.
Extensive experience handling global visa processes across multiple destinations.
Proven ability to independently manage complex visa cases, operational challenges, and stakeholder relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
