Location: Chennai Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: US Shift (EST Timings)Experience: 5+ Years Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitment. Source and screen candidates for Engineering requirements. Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Requirements:5+ years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.

Solid experience in Engineering Recruitment. Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals. Good understanding of W2, C2 C, and Direct Hiring.

Experience working with VMS/MSP clients will be an added advantage. Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills. Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates with up to 1 month notice period can also apply.
