Implement and configure Vertex tax engine (O Series or Cloud) for Sales & Use Tax per requirementn
Knowledge of Technical Integration of Vertex with ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, S/4HANAn
7+ years in VERTEX O-Series 9.0, Vertex Q Series consulting experience of SAP Finance with VERTEX US Tax Knowledgen
Taxability Driver knowledge is requiredn
Create Tax Rules as requested, experience in Vertex customization, master data, and Tax Journal reportingn
Customize current taxpayers (SAP company codes) for projectsn
Coordinate with Tax, IT, and Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver solutionsn




Monitor and troubleshoot tax calculation and integration issues across systemsn
Analyze business transactions and apply accurate tax rules and logic for determinationn
Lead system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide training to usersn
Maintain documentation on configuration, rule logic, and support processesn
Ensure compliance with U.S. and global sales and use tax regulationsn
Support tax compliance processes including reporting, exemption certificate management, and returnsn
