UX Experience Designer. This role has been designed as Onsite with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.
What Youll Do
Design end-to-end interaction experiences for complex features, translating product goals into intuitive user flows and scalable interaction patterns.
Own the design from end-to-end - from user research, concepts exploration to design reviews, delivery, and usability testing
Work on interaction design for medium-to-large features (from concept to delivery)
Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Define interaction patterns, states, edge cases, and micro-interactions
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and design leads
Actively participate in design critiques, workshops, and alignment sessions
Contribute to and extend design systems and interaction standards
Validate designs through usability testing, research data, and feedback loops
Ensure handoff quality and implementation fidelity
Collaboration Expectations
Work effectively with other UX designers to ensure consistency across features
Align with design leads on patterns, quality standards, and strategic direction
Provide and receive constructive design feedback
Drive cross-team alignment on interaction patterns and user experience decisions
