Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Malayalam Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and provide appropriate information to customers in Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Communicate with customers in Malayalam and understand their requirements.
Explain products, services, offers, and company processes clearly.
Generate leads through outbound calling.
Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
Update lead and customer details in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Follow company calling procedures, quality standards, and policies.

Requirements




Excellent spoken Malayalam communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers are welcome; telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.

Malayalam fluency – Mandatory
