Purple United Kids is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have solid retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the overall store operations and daily activities.
Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Supervise and guide store staff to maintain high performance standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Ensure proper visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
Handle billing operations, cash management, and daily store reports.
Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store staff.
Required Qualifications
Graduation is mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in retail sales and store operations.
Experience in Apparel, Fashion, Kidswear, Lifestyle, or Retail brands preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
