Position: AM / DM – Strategy & Planning

Location: Gurugram

Reporting To: GM / Head – Strategy

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support the organization's

strategic initiatives and business planning processes. The role will focus on driving data

driven decision-making, business performance tracking, and long-term strategic

planning within the automotive components domain.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Support development and execution of short-term and long

term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and

competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Assist in preparation, tracking, and review of AOP,

budgets, and forecasts.
Performance Monitoring: Track key business metrics (sales, cost, profitability,

productivity) and highlight gaps with improvement plans.
MIS & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and

presentations for leadership reviews.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, finance,





and supply chain teams for data collection and alignment.
Project Management: Drive strategic projects and ensure timely execution of

key initiatives.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational and cost efficiency and

support implementation of best practices.
Management Presentations: Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership

reviews, board meetings, and business updates.

Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business / Economics; MBA

Preferred
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, MIS, or

Consulting
Industry preference: Automotive / Auto Components / Manufacturing

Key Skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (mandatory)
Exposure to business planning and financial analysis
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting
