Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end process engineering and plant operations for a multi-product oleochemical facility, covering fat splitting, fatty acid distillation, fractional distillation, glycerine refining, hydrogenation, crystallisation, evaporation and soap operations

Key Responsibilities:
Develop/review PFDs, P&IDs;, heat & mass balances, hydraulics, line sizing and equipment datasheets.
Lead process design, revamps, expansions, proposal engineering and techno-commercial estimation.
Design/rate heat exchangers, reboilers, condensers, vacuum systems and related equipment.
Troubleshoot plant operations and improve yield, quality, reliability and process stability.
Drive steam, energy and utility optimisation and quantify savings.
Monitor KPIs, material/energy balances, MTTR/MTBF and support TQM/audit activities.
Use AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, Python/openpyxl and Power BI for engineering and performance analysis.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Projects, QA/QC and vendors.

Experience: 8–10 years | Education: B.Tech/B.E. Chemical Engineering or Oils & Oleochemical Technology
