Work closely with HODs, leadership & key stakeholders on critical hiring requirements.
Handle the complete hiring journey Sourcing Interview Selection Offer Joining.

Preferred candidate profile
Masters Degree in HR, Management, BBA,



or a related discipline
2–3 years of recruitment experience; volume hiring experience is an advantage
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition & people management
Good sourcing skills with LinkedIn, Naukri & other recruitment platforms
Excellent communication, coordination & interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Proactive, confident, and result-oriented mindset
Eagerness to learn, take ownership & grow as an HR qualified
