Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain company websites, project websites, and campaign landing pages.
Build responsive websites that work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Convert creative designs and wireframes into functional web pages.
Integrate lead forms, CRM, WhatsApp, APIs, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Creative, SEO, and Marketing teams to implement campaign requirements.
Optimise websites for page speed, performance, usability, and conversion.
Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and other tracking tools.
Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, including technical SEO, page structure, metadata, schema, URLs, sitemap, and website performance.
Regularly update project information, pricing, offers, images, videos, floor plans, location details, and other website content.
Troubleshoot and resolve website errors, broken links, technical issues, and integration problems.
Maintain website security, backups,



hosting, domains, SSL certificates, and CMS updates.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for website development and technical support when required.
Conduct regular website audits and recommend improvements for UX, SEO, speed, and lead generation.
Ensure all website communication follows brand guidelines and applicable RERA/advertising requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of website access, integrations, code, and technical changes.

Required Technical Skills
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Responsive web development
WordPress / CMS platforms
PHP and MySQL preferred
Basic knowledge of React or other up-to-date frameworks is an advantage
API and third-party integrations
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Basic technical SEO
Website speed and performance optimisation
Git / version control
Hosting, domain, DNS, and SSL management
