Assurance Manager – CA ( Mumbai and Hyderabad )
nKey Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple audit & assurance engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.n
Plan audit objectives, develop audit strategy, and identify/manage key audit risks.n
Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.n
Maintain regular client communication, manage expectations, and ensure strong client relationships.n
Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members and provide performance feedback.n
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to qualified and firm standards.n
nRequirements

CA / CPA qualifiedn
5+ years of progressive experience in Audit & Assurancen
Minimum 1 year of supervisory/team management experiencen
Solid experience working with Financial Services clients, particularly:n
Broker Dealersn
Private Equity / Venture Capitaln
Hedge Fundsn
Funds of Fundsn
Solid analytical, communication, client management, and team leadership skills.n
