Job Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Service Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementation, enhancements, configuration, and production support for CRM Service processes.
nKey Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP CRM Service processes.n
Work on service requests, service orders, service confirmations, and service contracts.n
Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.n
Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.n
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.n
Perform SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.n
Integrate SAP CRM with ECC/S4 and other SAP modules.n

nRequired Skills

n
7+ years of SAP CRM Service experience.n
Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation.n
Hands-on experience in enhancement and support projects.n
Solid configuration knowledge in SAP CRM Service.n
Experience in functional documentation and testing.n
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.n
