Job Profile :
Manage all aspects of Inward of materials (imports, Local, Freight etc.)
Preparing Delivery Challans, manage dispatches on Time & arrange acknowledgement from customer.
Maintain Stock register properly & sending every month to Finance.
Identify stock counts for every recent project w.r.t BOQ & CC List Items & provide confirmation to SCM Team to proceed for procurement.
Manage and verify the physical inventories with PO & Vendors Invoice.
Handling Audit part (External Audit) & provide compliance for the same if needed.
Manage Logistics, transportation and coordination for Invoice & E-way bills with Finance Team.
Maintain knowledge of current practices with distribution systems and benchmark operational effectiveness, and develop best practice standards.




Monitoring service level leads to total end customer satisfaction.

Knowledge skills and abilities: -
Thorough knowledge and soft skill set in MS office. Specialization in Supply chain management & SAP would get preferred.
Positive communication skills both written and verbal with other functions and all levels of management.
Able to work independently and use sound judgment in decision making.
