Provide L2 network support for Juniper-based infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Firewall)n
Handle advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and incident resolutionn
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network workplacen

n2. Key Responsibilities
nA. Network Operations & Support
n
n
Manage and support Juniper devices (MX, EX, QFX, SRX series)n
Perform configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of routers/switches/firewallsn
Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and problem ticketsn
Work with L1 for escalation and coordinate with L3 for complex issues [linkedin.com]n

nB. Troubleshooting & Incident Management

Perform advanced troubleshooting of network issues (routing, switching, firewall, VPN)n
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement corrective actionsn
Ensure incident resolution within SLA timelinesn

nC. Configuration & Change Management

Implement network configuration changes (VLAN, routing, subnetting, ACLs)n
Execute standard changes as per CAB / SOPn
Participate in firmware upgrades, patching, and DR drillsn

nD. Monitoring & Performance Optimization
n

Monitor network using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTGn
Analyze performance metrics and optimize network throughputn
Maintain uptime and network healthn

nE. Security & Compliance

Configure and manage firewall policies (Juniper SRX)n
Ensure security through VPN, ACLs, and filtering rulesn
Monitor and respond to network security eventsn
